ANNAPURNA
PANORAMA TREK (Seven Days)
A popular short trek passing through
Gurung and Magar villages on trails used by local people and traders.
From Ghorepani at 2800 mts, you have a spectacular panoramic view
of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges that cover the entire skyline.
Then you descend through rhododendron forests to the Gurung village
of Ghandruk. Finally continue the route back to Pokhara on a ridge.
The trails are broad and easy in most places.
Day 01 Drive or Fly Kathmandu/Pokhara.
Day 02 Start trek. Trek upto Birethanti.
Day 03 Birethanti/Ulleri (2070 m).
Day 04 Ulleri/Ghorepani (2800 m).
Day 05 Ghorepani/Tadapani (2540 m).
Day 06 Tadapani/Ghandruk (1940m).
Day 07 Ghandruk/Dhampus.
Day 08 Dhampus/Pokhara. Descend for an hour to Suikhet and then
drive to Pokhara.
Day 09 Drive or Fly back to Kathmandu.
